Once again I am waiting on a response from MiWay, The Ombudsman, - the details MiWay gave me for the Ombudsman _ INCORRECT, this is so not professional. The amount paid into my account was not the amount we have in writing, Guess what > Miway changed the amount and paid us the lesser amount, NICE WORK!! Not happy. If I add a few extra items would that also be acceptable? Surely that is not allowed or maybe even illegal, not sure about that, I will have to check with the Ombudsman, Oh, I forgot, I can't yet, MiWay haven't responded with the correct information. Where to from here, Come on Miway. I contacted Miway by cell yesterday and a nice recording asked me to leave my number and they would get back to me - I'M STILL WAITING. What is it going to take for me to get professional client service? How many more calls and emails must I send / make before MiWay respond to my queries and resolves this dispute to our mutual satisfaction
