I am so furious.
Loan Detector SA is just a to make money.
I applied for a loan and there was no feedback.
A year later they debit my account for R399.00 supposedly because I did not tell them on time that I do not want the loan.
Is it not a norm or a set standard that after trying to apply for a loan on-line then a rep should actually contact you and advice what needs to be done next or advice on a way forward.
They claim to have sent me emails but the only email I have recieved was from them telling me that I will be handed over to the lawyers as I need to make the payment of R399.00 which I reversed from my account.
In all honesty what the payment is for is beyond me. The ladies I spoke to on the 0860 021 098 number were so rude. They don't even listen to my side of the story or let alone answer the questions I have - they just insist on me paying them the R399.00 that I apparently owe for their services (I have no idea what services they are reffering to cause clearly I did not utilise any of their services, all I did was apply for a loan online and never recieved feedback).
If I had it my way I would really take this matter further - this is just absurd
