I am experiencing trouble with my cell c service (I can send sms's and make phone calls, but am somehow blocked from receiving anything). This is inconveniencing me TERRIBLY (think ABSA internet banking's sms's etc...). Call center agent 1 gave me the wrong "code" to "fix" the problem. Call center agent 2 gave me the "right" code, but it still didn't work. Call center agent 3 was useless. Shall I just move to another service provider? I've wasted so much time now.
