My online application dated 18 October was approved and the message stated "Please expect a call within 30 minutes to 4 hours). Almost 3 weeks later, still no reaction. According to the dealer, they were informed yesterday (18 days later!!) that the application was declined. The vehicle has now been sold to the next person in line! When I phoned the call-centre this morning to find out what the reason for the declining was, the consultant told me that the application was approved! What a total mess-up! Never use the online application service. It seems to be a hoax!
