I have a problem with the Agency that I was renting from; they handed me over for "owing" money that I really don't owe them. We've been communicating through email and have all the documents that don't match as proof that their facts are not in place. Am worried that I will be blacklisted for an outstanding amount they won't admit made a mistake and I keep being harassed and threatened by Credit Intel (collectors) to pay this outstanding amount that is accumulating interest.
i have been trying to communicate both with CSI rentals and Credit Intel with supporting documents that i received from them with dates and names that do not match however Credit Intel ignore what is on the documents and keep threatening me with emails and smses without even looking at the facts. i did explain to them what happened but no one seems to take me seriously; i do understand that CSI is their client and they will do whatever it takes to collect money for them and they do not even care that they have their facts wrong.
all i want is for them to carefully go through the documents and acknowledge their mistake and remove my name from their books as I do not owe them a cent.
