Bad stinking attitude from your call centre staff

I requested on more than 2 occasions to be contacted by your sales department, as I was informed that my policy has lasped,

I asked the turnaround time and I was informed that it should take up to 48 hours to receive a call,

its 3 days later and I still haven't received a call?
