My house was damaged badly by the hail storm in Nov 28 2013, i called outsurance to log an insurance repair, Mmabatho was my consultant, she only send me 1 sms between 30 Nov and toaday 17 Jan 2014.my house is to be fixed next week sometime after i called outsurance million times, i was promised Mmabatho will call me which she never did.
You service is poor girl, i dont really care what they say but you are so wrong and bad, you left me in the cold for the whole time. Now i hear that you even resigned from outsurance, i just wonder what the next company saw in you, you really do not have compassion at all.
