I would like to extend how happy we are with Outsurance. I stay in the West Rand, Kagiso to be specific and a week ago we had a terrable hail storm which damaged our house. We called outsurance the friday 29/11/2013 morning and they said we should just be patient as there where a lot of people putting in claims. They sent my mother and sms that afternoon that they have received the claim and will attend to it. Its hardly a week and already they came to our house to accesss the damage.which we found was a very quick and good customer service.
