I have bee trying to get feedback on my insurance claim. The phones just rings and rings or your call will be answered ETC.They are experiencing high call volumes. So in view of that isnt there a back up plan?
I have a damaged carpet and ceiling, and expecting overseas visitor. I cannot use this bedroom! It is now 10 days and no response despite having a claim number!! This is unacceptable.
