Standard Bank charges R20 per page for printouts of bank statements; R30 by email. They dont print only pages showing deposits. I ended up being charged R2400 when I only wanted pages showing deposits. I protested but they wont budge.
Goodbye loyalty to cutomers, hello arrogance and greed.
