I went to deposit money Saturday at Capitc the line was so long the lady zola who was at enquries was busy chatting to het friend while assisting us, she could not drop the line as she saw that it was long instead she kept on assisting clients while chatting to her friend, i could not believe such service and behavior .i then asked the gentle who was stabding next to her if this is the way they treat clients he responded and said the fact that she was speaking to a friend should not be a prolem she is still assisting us. She only dropped the line when i said hopefully hello peter sees it the same way. Such service is revoulting
