I stay in jhb and came down to Durban for a weekend visit. I took my family out for a late night movie on Saturday 30/11/13.We stood in the line to be assisted as most people were using the self service machines and we were the only ones in line. Anele just stood there near the machine facing us and didn't assist. Another lady from funtubbles (game arcade) came from behind an stood by her and they started chatting, she then bought airtime whilst we were still waiting to be served. The chatting carried on even after she sold her the airtime and that is when I asked if we are going to be assisted or not however as she was serving us she carried on chatting to her friend to a point when the friend asked if we wont report her since she's chatting, Anele stated that" obani laba ngeke bangicebe bobe bayangiphaphela angithi nawe uyicustomer bobe bayaphaphake "( who them they wouldn't dare, u're also a customer they would be too forward if they do) she said all of this whilst staring us in the face. Her people skills live a lot to be desired, her service is appalling, I just don't see how she is then tasked with dealing with customers when she clearly knows nothing about good customer care.
