Terrible service

My sister arrived at Home affairs Thusong centre Maponya Mall at 10:00 this morning (Saturday 03 August 2013) to collect her passport, she sat there for a long time without anyone assisting them, eventually she went to one of the service desk ladies (she was not wearing a name tag) to enquire on how long it takes to collect a passport, the lady told her that if she wanted to complain she must go to the front desk because they are short staffed and there's nothing they can do. She had attitude and was very patronising. I don't understand how they let people sit there for hours without assisting them in the meanwhile they are walking around chatting to their friends and not doing their job. My sister finally left after 2 hours without a passport in her hand. I really hope someone from that office will answer to this complaint. Their behavior is totally unacceptable it is just bad service and behavior and lack of respect to their clients. Their service is terrible.
