Lack of hospitality and unprofessional

I am soo disappointed in the poor service i received from STEER LIFESTYLE CENTRE IN CENTURION!!! I ordered food at 12:15 today and i'm still waiting, when i call the number 0126534146 the lady that i spoke to, placed me on hold for 14 mins the i had to drop the line because she was busy chatting with her friend... WHAT THE! I am a customer and a very disappointed one at that!!!
