Wasting my airtime, Not taking my calls

I Reported on my bank card, I contacted our branch last week, I have been trying to call them since 08hoo this morning, it is now 11hoo and on the line for about 45 min with a song in my ears and a woman telling me that someone will help me shortly... What poor service delivery from standard bank... and still I dont know the status of my claim.
