I received my statement last month via email and saw that someone has been buying airtime on my credit card without my consent. I immediately contacted FNB and they told me they cannot do anything about it until I complete a letter of dispute *angry*
They sent me a reference number Rq13010932666 and emailed me the letter of dispute. I completed it and faxed it back within the hour on the 09/01/13. Today I contacted them because I haven't received a single call, sms or email regarding my complaint. They putting me through from one person to the next until I reached a Neville guy who
said his putting me through to the manager when THE CALL WAS CUT!!! They are the worst bank EVER!! I'm guna sue them if I don't get my money and waisted airtime back!
