My debit order goes off on the 25 of each month. I made an arrangement with them to debit my account on the 20/12/2013 as we get paid earlier during December. However when my bonus money was deposited on the 12/12/2013 the company debited. It is really unacceptable for the company to assume that becaus some companies get paid early then that goes for everyone. I want my money back.
