FNB dont respond or even help with

Two cheques were deposited to my account. I repaid one thinking that they had paid twice by mistake. The amount I paid was to a standard bank account.
Standard bank, have treated me as a non- customer) far better than FNB in that they investigated and contacted me and arranged to transfer the money back to me if FNB department could get in touch their department to continue the investigation.

I spent 30 minutes one the phone to FNB's departments being transferred back and forth between them with no one wanting to help at all. All I need is for FNB's to contact Standard Bank and confirm the cheques PLEASE. This is terrible service in a serious matter like.

Incredibly disappointed.
