Delay in Payment of Trust Claim

I have submitted a final Claim for my Elvis Manako Temo (my nephew) since September 2013 but until now, they take me from pliier to pst about the progress of the claim. the most funny thing is that no one from the fund will ever phone and tell anything and they do not respond to the emails.

Today i phone in to ask for the progress and im told that i must not phone anymore only the guardian and the claimant can phone.to enquire. Which i find that very bizare because y mother is almost 65 years old and my nephew is unemployed but Akani expects them to phone in.

Please help us get the payment from my late father's trust account.
