I would like to place a complain against the salt trust my dad past away and his money was sent to the salt trust so that they can pay my mother but to our disappointments it has not yet been paid. My mother went and claim in January and she was told that she will receive the money after two weeks two weeks went by without any payment every time she went there they keep on saying she will get the money on Monday but when we check the money it has not yet been paid when we call to query Siphiwe Sibandeis the person who is in charge of the release of the payment but he gets so rude that he keeps on hanging up the phone when we call and when we ask for is manager the calls go thrugh him he gangs up the phone so we need help regarding this matter.
