Cellphone repairs department useless

My phone have been booked twice for repairs for the same-thing (It doesn't have signal) every-time i get it back it works for less than two days. i have been inconvenienced for a month now since it takes two weeks for me to get my phone back. I can't book this phone for the third time for same-thing since your useless technician are gonna send it back and pretend to fix it. Would you advice how i can get a new phone and what happen to the access fee i paid since the phone is not working
