I cancelled my life insurance with discovery life in October 2013. I was told I had to pay in November, as i had to give a months notice, which I did. In December, I have now been double billed in error. I called the customer care line early on Friday 6th of Dec to complain, and was told that me query had been escalated to a manager, and I would receive a call that day, to sort out discoveries error. However I have yet to hear from anyone, and the money has still not been refunded. Why such poor service, when I have been a medical aid client for 14 years, and my life insurance policy was 6 years old too?
