DISHONESTY AT FNB

I was charged R230 for a late payment fee when I paid on time. My payment date was 30 November on which I paid R500 (My amount due was R716 on a balance of R4431.61). I paid on the 30th and was charged a late payment fee on the 2nd of December.
The second issue is the payment due, 2 months ago my payment due was R265 on a balance of R5290.60
FNB have charges every other month that differs from previous months.
I find them to be dishonest & not very transparent. I am sure they will find a way to justify this ridiculous charge and get away with it! I just want to know, how many people they do this to & get away with it?
If FNB "" on average R200 from 1000 clients per month (who neglect to fine comb their statements) they can get way with R2.4 million per year! This is probably how they pay for those pathetic advertisements! At least "Steve" and "bleep" bank don't lure clients away & then rob them in broad day light!
I'd also like to know where else I can report this to?
