As such I have been requesting 3 month supplies of chronic medicines. I am eventually told by the medical aid that it is arranged, but get to a dischem and be prepared for problems with liberty - it was not all arranged on their computer. This has been the case twice now and I have emailed and emailed this month, to merely get automated computer answers - I yearn a human answer which has sorted out this simple matter for the next quarter and can promise no long waiting problems at the chemist. I need this sorted by next Friday and am not at all confident anyone will do anything, seems liberty medical service has disappeared renewals or walk decisions due!!!
