A pipe burst and damaged my bathroom cabinet. Lerato found a plumber immediately. A repair man came to see the cabinet. He suggested replacing the cabinet and basin. He first considered making a cabinet but it was too difficult. Lerato then tried to find an alternative cabinet maker but no one would do it. She then asked me to find a quote for a new cabinet. She approved the quote within 12hrs of receiving it and the money was placed in my account within 72hours. She apologised profusely for the delay when trying to find a suitable service provider and went out of her way to solve the problem for me. She was always courteous and friendly.
