It is with absolute discuss that I write this regarding Discovery Card & FNB that just takes money from my account and not able to give answers. If you phone the legal division you get that you are phoning and it's not working hours. These calls being done between 10am and 2pm, makes it strange that one has to ask when they ever work. I have obtained legal support and as it shows that Discovery Card trades as they want and outside the legal parameters.
I have tried contacting them since June 2013 and they have taken money from my account three times without legal consent. This is my second last attempt then the only next step to follow would be the Ombudsman. I would recommend all to remain away from as its seems they are the Beep BANK.
