I have a credit card with FNB (through Discovery) and am currently in a legal dispute with FNB regarding the fact that they are debiting my current account without me having signed a debit order or an acknowledgment of debt. How can FNB debit my CURRENT account without my authority?
This despite the fact that my Attorney has defended all legal action against me? FNB seems to ignore the legal process and merely go ahead by debiting my current account which now forces me to close my account with FNB.
How can you trust a Bank that merely goes ahead and do as they please, who ignore Attorney's letters, and takes the law into their own hands?
