I have 2 cars on policy with outsurance, on was in an accident in Feb 2013 which I phoned in to report and gave my case number on 21/02/2013 to Sixolile Mabaso, i was then informed on 25/02/2013 of the repair in progress.by the 02/03/2013 i then proceeded to phone the panel beaters as i had heard nothing further as to when the vehicle would be done only to find out that it had been written off two weeks earlier, i then phone outsurance to speak to Sixolile who was not in at the time, but spoke to Lolo Mkatshwa would i sent the settlement letter etc to and said she would keep me posted. Claim was processed and settled only two weeks later on the 18/03/2013 and i was told i would have to pay my premium for that month which i accepted. then on the 20th March 2013 another premium was taken off. I phoned on 24/04/2013 to enquire and was told by Thandi that this was a mistake as my vehicle was still on the policy and was not removed as yet. She confirmed registration number of vehicle to be removed and said it would be done. this morning 25/04/2013 i had received an email over night with my updated policy documents and to my surprise on opening it, my OLD vehicle was on not the Current.
