I called Monday the 2nd December because i am being declined for things because FNB cant even let the credit department know that i have paid my loan account off!! I requesedt a letter stating it has been paid off. Friday the 6th December i call back requesting a letter because i have received nothing (Apparently it takes 48hours) Alfred Skhosana sends it in two seconds!!
How can you have this kind of service where i the client have to call back numerous time to ask FNB to do their job.
Not only have i had to ask for a letter twice i now cannot open a phone account due to FNB not doing your job at the time i paid off the loan amount.
They say that because they have now sent me a letter i am able to prove to the company, but what they do not remember is once you are declined you have to wait a certain time period before you can apply again.
I am being declined for something that is not even my own fault.
