Absa commits to exceptional service- Not with me

I applied for a CC 2 weeks ago&received a sms week later that I could collect it. I left work earlier 3pm to make sure that I could collect it in time for weekend. At 15h34 I stood before a closed door, not thinking that they'd already be closed as my banks are open till 17h00. Fair enough however there was noone outside &the tellers were still finishing with other customers inside. The security came&asked what I wanted. I explained I was merely there to collect my cc and was there 4 min after closing &no one else was waiting where one could say it was unfair to let me in & others not. She spoke to the teller who immediately responded to come back next day. There I was standing with my id, payslip, utility bill at 4 min after close with a bank full of tellers&noone would allow me in for the brief moment to collect. I chose Absa cause I thought they were customer orientated. I have full understanding that when close, you are closed, but 4 minutes..Since it is our peak I work everyday and cannot collect those times. I sent a complaint email rejecting the cc on 29-11 & never even got a response to this, not even an empty apology, but another sms 2 to please collect.
