EASYLOAN IN 10 MINUTES? NOT TRUE

I walked into an Easyplan branch to apply for a loan which i was approved. The advertising says you get paid out in 10 minutes. It is 2 days and i am still waiting. The consultant that assisted me said the manager of the branch has not attended to my application and has not paid it out. Why does FNB advertise but dont deliver? When I call the branch the phone just rings or is off the hook and when i do get to speak to someone it is said their are offline. I am so upset with the service, incorrect advertising and incompetance staff at Easyplan FNB.
