Sent them emails cancelling my policy but got no response, and the debited my account forcing me to cancel my new insurance. Called their call centre and they asked me to leave a number where they will call me back, they still haven't called. It seems their info@miway email is unattended, then why don't they have one which is gonna be attended? Even before my husband took cover with them, we left a million messages on their site for them to call him back before they did. So disappointing and frustrating.
