I had an accident and unfortunately wrote my car off. The 2nd day after my accident I received a phone call from Theo, asking me how I was doing and that he would be in charge of my claim. Up until now I had had problems with Budget - had a divorce and struggled to get Budget to register my policy in my name - they kept sending and contacting my ex husband, to the extent that they (after my accident) still couldn't get it right! I was adament that after my claim, I would never use Budget again... till Theo. He has, on regular periods, kept in contact with me, letting me know what the situation is about the claim - even going so far as to make sure one of his colleagues phoned me, while he was off sick! The claim has been handled so efficiently that from start to finish it took 2 weeks - the delay was on MY part, as I was away for a week, and then couldn't get hold of my registration papers! If it was up to Theo, it would have been finalised within a day or two. With such fantastic service, I would definitely use Budget again!!! Thanks Theo
