MISSING FUNDS AFTER TRANSFER DONE

I have done transver via internet banking and although the funds are shown as transferred from Discovery to Cheque Account, sonce 28 Nov, the funds are to date till not available. I am liaising with Bonisiwe who sends mail responses early morning hours (approx 01h00) when I am sleeping and it is really difficult to communicate then via mail - takes approx two days to get one sentence resolved? Honestly feel FNB not very helpful to have this issue resolved? Where is the R 850.00? Tomorrow it is a week already, still no access to the funds :( Not sre how they can get people to start at 16h00 in the afternoon to liaise with clients who have normal working hours - seems a bit defeating the purpose?
