Funds not cleared

Hi
I transferred an amount to fnb for car repair on the 16th and still today the person has not received the amount - after 72 hours of waiting for it to clear. the other party even showed me his internet statement. Everytime I phone fnb they have an attitude. can someone pls do their job and contact me and rectify the issue once and for all since im unable to access my car until this issue is resolved. how is it possible for transferred funds not to appear on the other side of fnb while standard bank proves that the money left their account?
