I went to capitec lunch time they did a ore approval they told me o could qualify for 99000 I was exited I went back to work to request settlement letters for the loans o have which amount to 27000 in total.i went back to the bank they told me I don't qualify Bcoz I have back pay and it killing me o got increase in November and so they paid me back pay for 3 months.n she said also my temporary loan with finchoice is killing I said to her it's paid up and my bank statement shows that is paid.and did request the paid up letter but I haven't received it yet she said to me o can u can offered to pay this loan but now the problem is the backpay.o need help please
