My Decoder is damaged and I have put in a claim and I have been waiting for a call back on Tuesday (3rd/12/2013). I was promised to be called back and I was never called back.
Claim reference number 828444295/3. I also laid a complain dial direct on-line and the reference number is 1110270756. no one came back to me up to now.
One would understand after last week storm that the queue is high but a promise is a promise and it is only fair that I am treated fairly. why is it easy to be on time with the debit orders but slow on my claim?
