Unknown Debit Transaction: R399.00

My account has been debited with R399.00, processed on the 3Dec13, reference: MBUYISA_PSSAS00007019693131126. I do not have any authorised debit transactions for this account as I do not receieve my salary in this account. I want this matter resolved ASAP. I need my money as in yesterday, and I am not willing to stand in long queues to resolve a fraudelent debit transaction on my account.
