Claim took 7 weeks, between the panel beaters Riverside Autobody), Hyundai, and Outsurance, the arrogance, excuses, bad attitude, finger pointing, lack of service, lack of communication and incompetent staff, I am amazed that Outsurance have the nerve to advertise the way they do and do they honestly think that they are too big to take responsibility for their actions of threatening clients by refusing to release a vehicle unless the excess is paid upfront and then forcing people into situations that should not have taken place because of their incompetence and inefficiency. These people stuff up and the client pays the price - the new South Africa service provider policy!!!
