I do not understand how you guys operate, maybe if you tell me then I will understand. How the does Outsurance call and tell me that excess has been recovered and assure me that I do not have to pay excess, then all of a sudden when its time to drop my car off at the panel beaters I am required to pay this very same excess as they (Panel beaters) do not know anything about an excess being paid to them from Outsurance.
I left the car on Friday, not knowing what the is going on. I get to work and try to email this Malan lady who by the way hardly ever responds to my emails, I NEED TO KNOW WHATS GOING ON.. CAN YOU TELL ME SO THAT I AM UPDATED. HAS THE EXCESS BEEN PAID OR NOT?? I cannot believe I have to struggle to get an answer over a service I AM PAYING FOR. If I do not get back answer before end of this week, I will go fetch my car and cancel this policy. Its disgusting how you guys are so quick to debit but cannot fulfill your promises..
