I filed for a claim for an incident on the 26th of Nov on the 27th. I got my assessment done on the 28th early morning, and I was told I should hear back in 24-36 hours.
I am still waiting to hear back. I have tried calling the person responsible at least 10 times, and i cant reach her. I have also called the call centre to follow up multiple times who say they have emailed the person responsible and her manager to follow up.
Is this normal? Anything I can do?
I am in urgent need to finalize this claim due to my international travel.
