Unauthorised debits

On the 27/11/2013 i went to standard bank branch for unauthorised debits made on my account, they promised to reverse those debits in two days time and was given a REF # 56110798.
today 05/12/2013 there is still no movement in my account

i called and emaild their costomer care and all was told is that a reversal was logged on the 27/11/2013.
