Late registration

I registered and made the minimum payment for my second semester subjects 2 weeks ago. The receipt for the payment shows on my financial statement but it still hasn't been allocated to my new modules. If it can be noted as a payment against my account surely it doesn't take 2 weeks to figure out that its a payment for my new modules.
I am 2 weeks behind on whatever assignments I will have to do.
Please hurry up and allocate my payment.
