I received an sms from scorpion confirming that they have posted my scorpion card and they will be deducting the first premium on the 30 Dec 2013. I called them to find out if they sent the sms to the correct recipient but they insist that I took the insurance. I asked them to send me a proof that was last week I'm still waiting until today. I received another sms today confirming that the money will be deducted. I have never applied for the card and I'm not sure where they got my information. I just need assistance to sort out all this. I need scorpion to forward me a proof of my application.
