NO MOMENTUM AT MOMENTUM

My name is spelled wrong on different policies but is it possible for them to get it right? I am struggling for the last 8 months to get it sorted but to no avail.

Absolutely pathetic service. I tried my best and my broker did his best. He actually spoke with the phone on speakerphone for me to hear the incompetence of the staff at Momentum.

Still no joy!! Is it so difficult to spell a name correct- they actually have a lot of things scrambled between me and another policy holder. They said I had u huge amount with them and I can make use of it. It's not my money!!! But they have my address on his policy. I have only one name but the policy have two names... where did they get the other name from. Try them to delete the second name... it's not difficult. You just use the delete button.
