My account was incorrectly debited despite having followed the correct procedure for cancelling. I had a call with a consultant who asked what my reason for cancelling was meaning the relevant department was aware of my intention. Secondly the vehicle in question is still financed so i was asked by another consultant for proof of insurance which i then sent through to her and once this was recieved she could cancel. Please note that this was done on the 29 May 2013
