In September 2013 I request a qoute from Motorite to extend my Toyota Rav Maintenance Plan for 3 years. After I received the qoute and after a couple of phone I was refered back to the dealer to get the plan added on my account at Toyota Financial Services (TFS). I spoke to Poppy at Rand Stadium Toyota, she send me a application form which I have completed and after a few days I received an email form Poppy that it was approved. Aftyer I received my next Statement from TFS, it was not added. I tried to contact Poppy, she was not available and I was transfered to Ensley to find out what is the hold up. After a couple of mails from November to December 13 between Myself and Ensley and to Poppy when she came back from leave and in Jan 14 again, I still don't know what is happening. The qoute was valid for 30 days, which expired if they wasn't paid. If I have to get a new qoute it will probably higher, who will pay the difference. I'm very disappointed in Toyota's service. I receiced an email from Zenobia from Toyota Customer Service telling me I may purchase a new warranty, ythat wasn't my problem.
I hope this will help me to get feedback from Toyota.
