LACK OF SERVICE AND HELP

My toyota yaris needed to go for a service for 150 000 km so i had phoned them the previous day to confirm
that my service plan is active and they will cover me for the service i had told the call center agent that my car has done 152 200 km and will my service be authorised she told me to go ahead and book my service it will be authorised so i booked the service today at tekwini toyota durban they took my car in and they did the service so the contacted me and told me that my service is not authorised by sa drive plan becouse it has exceeded the milage that it has to be so i phoned sa drive plan and they transfered me six to seven times to finaly the claims manager who was extremly rude and basicaly called me a stupid and he told me that even if i dont like it he will not help me and if i want i must talk to the customer care department but thats it he spoke to me in a very rude way he was also abit becouse he mentioned that people like me dont seem to understand
so i am complaining is because i now have to pay for that service from my own pocket plus still pay my premium to sa drive plan
