In 2010 I bought a house with the assistance of FNB however I lost my job in early 2011.I went to the Bank to negotiate a lesser instalments as per agreement when I signed the Bond agreement. The person who was handling my account his name is Phillip and Yasaar. They wanted me to pay lump sum, even though I told them I was not working. To this day I never received any statements or notices of arrears from the Bank and this is disappointing from the banks standards of wanting to help us and instead robing us. My family has suffered a lot from this bank and I NEVER said I don't want to pay the bond. We were thrown out of the house without any proper notice and we never receive any summons to go to the court to explain our side of the story!! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTMENT CONSIDERING THE IMAGE THAT YOU PORTRAY TO US.
