i made a payment last week wednesday . on the proof of payment i wrote the wrong reference nr.
this morning one of their call centre agents phoned me first of all she was rude, second of all i told her i made the payment she said i need to send through the proof of payment after we eneded the call my line was blocked i wasnt even given time to send through the proof of payment after i told her i had an appointment ill send it through then. i am still waiting for my line to be un blocked 24 hours are just uneceptable they quick to block but not quick to unblock it.
i am furious.
